What's included in the setup fee?
Dedicated database setup, custom hierarchy configuration, initial admin training, and migration assistance from your existing system. Paid once — never again.
What are OTP Credits?
OTP Credits are used when the system sends a Telegram message to verify a member — during registration, password reset, or phone change. Each OTP costs 1 credit. Extra credits are available at ₹0.50/credit.
What happens when I hit my member limit?
New registrations are paused until you upgrade your plan. Existing members are never affected. Upgrading from Starter to Pro or Pro to Enterprise is instant — contact us and it's done the same day.
What is InventorX?
InventorX is our inventory management module — track product stock, manage a shared catalogue, and set low-stock alerts across your member hierarchy. Included in the Pro plan at no extra cost.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
For organisations beyond 1,000 members, pricing is tailored to your scale, hierarchy complexity, and OTP volume. Contact our sales team and we'll put together a custom quote within 24 hours.
Does PhonePe charge anything per member payment?
Yes — PhonePe deducts its MDR directly from each transaction before the amount reaches your account. UPI payments are 0% (free, per RBI mandate). Card and net-banking payments attract a small fee (0.40%–1.75% + GST depending on method). These are PhonePe's charges — QUANTRON IT LLP does not add any commission on top.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at the end of any billing cycle. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable as it covers real infrastructure provisioning.

Dedicated Database Per Organization
Your organization's data lives in its own isolated MongoDB Atlas database — completely separate from every other organization. No data is ever shared or cross-accessible.
JWT Authentication + Biometric
Every session is secured by a signed JWT token with device-bound session tracking. Mobile users can also enable Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint for instant secure access.
Account Lockout Protection
After 5 failed login attempts, the account is automatically locked for 1 minute. This prevents brute-force attacks and keeps your members' accounts safe.
Device Session Control
Each user can be logged in on up to 2 mobile devices and 2 desktop devices simultaneously. Admins can remotely revoke any session from the Sessions screen.
Full Audit Logs
Every admin action — from creating a user to changing a payment — is recorded in a time-stamped audit log. Know exactly who did what and when.
End-to-End Encrypted Transit
All API communication is over HTTPS/TLS. JWT tokens, passwords, and sensitive fields are encrypted. Production deployments enforce Strict Transport Security (HSTS).
Rate Limiting & DDoS Protection
Every API endpoint has rate limiting. Auth endpoints are tightly throttled — max 20 login attempts per hour per IP. Deployed behind Railway's infrastructure protection.
Privacy by Design
Your members only see data they're permitted to see — their own downline, their own payments. Sensitive fields are never returned in API responses by default.
