  • Phone number (used for login and Telegram OTP verification)
  • Email address
  • Residential address
  • PAN number and bank account details (for payment processing)
  • Profile photograph
  • Organization and team membership details

  • Device information, IP address, and usage analytics
  • Messages and communications sent through the Platform

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its services
  • Verify your identity during registration and login
  • Process subscription payments and generate receipts
  • Send Telegram OTP for verification purposes
  • Send payment reminders, meeting notifications, and service updates
  • Resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with:

  • Payment gateway providers (PhonePe) for processing transactions securely.
  • WhatsApp Business API providers for sending OTP and notifications.
  • Your organization administrator, who can view user data within their organization.
  • Law enforcement or government authorities when required by applicable Indian law.

Each organization's data is stored in isolated databases. Data is never shared between organizations.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures to protect your personal data, including encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure server infrastructure, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion or organization cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days (to allow reactivation), after which it may be permanently deleted. Certain data may be retained longer as required by tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting our support team at support@quantron.in. Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements. Organization administrators may also delete user accounts through the Platform.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data stored on the Platform
  • Rectify or update inaccurate personal data through your profile settings or by contacting support
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to processing of your data for specific purposes
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time (which may affect your ability to use the Platform)

The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage patterns, and improve our services. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function correctly without them.
